All I See
I close my eyes, and I see — A tree full of flowers with no man to water it on a summer's day But, tear out the the flowers to decorate their houses. I open up my eyes, and I see — Kids starving, with their fathers having fields full of crops. But, somebody looting all the grains — and I close my eyes again. I close my eyes again and I see, We all are turtles, running on a race actually played and control by rabbits who are resting under a tree We reach the final stretch but, contradicting the old adage, the rabbits win. I open up a my eyes. This time I see— the labours fuelling the machines with their sweat, And the bourgeoisie and capitalists cleaning their shoes by it as thousands of litres of labours' blood drain. And yeah, I close my eyes again! I close my eyes again. I see— Humans fighting among themselves. Fighting over an imaginary statue they call GOD, an almighty fictional fig...
